33ko Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "33ko", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 33ko platform operated at https://33ko.io and all associated services.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 33ko platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a registered user on the 33ko platform.
• "Platform" means the 33ko website, mobile interface, games lobby, sportsbook, wallet, and all associated features accessible at https://33ko.io.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your 33ko wallet, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

Each individual may hold only one active 33ko account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8. 33ko reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.

3.4 Exclusion of Employees

Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of 33ko and its affiliated technology or game-provider partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open a 33ko account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 33ko will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

33ko reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.

4.4 Account Currency

All 33ko accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions processed via domestic payment channels. International card transactions may be subject to conversion rates applied by the card issuer.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

33ko accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically reflect in your 33ko wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.

5.2 Own Payment Methods Only

You must only use payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited. 33ko reserves the right to withhold funds deposited through third-party payment accounts pending investigation and to return such funds to the source.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to KYC completion. 33ko does not charge processing fees on standard BDT withdrawals.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification.
• Your deposited funds must have been wagered at least once across any real-money game on the platform (turnover requirement).
• No active bonus funds are subject to unmet wagering requirements that restrict your balance.
• No pending investigation relating to your account is in progress.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Any deposits that appear to be structured to avoid verification thresholds, or any transactions that suggest the platform is being used for money laundering or financial crime, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 33ko are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry periods that are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of issue. These general Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings are credited as bonus balance and are not withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions

33ko reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with 33ko.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the 33ko platform are determined by independently audited random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Red Tiger. 33ko does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game outcome, 33ko reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays associated with the affected round. No additional compensation will be offered beyond the return of the wagered stake.

7.3 Sportsbook Wagers

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 33ko reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or settle markets at corrected odds where an error in odds posting is identified. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at 33ko's discretion.

7.4 Palpable Errors

Where odds are posted in error at a level that is clearly and materially different from the true market price (a "palpable error"), 33ko reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Refusal to accept this right constitutes Prohibited Conduct.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 33ko platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
• Using payment methods registered to third parties to fund your account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33ko platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the property of 33ko or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 33ko platform without express prior written consent from 33ko. The 33ko brand name and logo are proprietary marks of the platform and may not be used in any context without authorisation.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 33ko

33ko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 33ko.

13.2 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed by 33ko following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including pending withdrawal requests — may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, withheld funds may be permanently forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 33ko account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be verified and returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

14 Amendments to These Terms

33ko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33ko will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised Effective Date and, where practicable, notify registered account holders via their registered contact method. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the 33ko platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
